Hello Monday!

Heyy shoe lovers!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for my brief blog break...I had an extraordinary weekend! I rented a pink jeep stretch limo for my girls and I to go out to NYC to celebrate my  23rd birthday! & I truly enjoyed every single second of that spectacular night...so much so that I spent all Saturday trying to recuperate, lol. BUT I am back now...so Hello Monday! I love Mondays. It's the beginning of a new week..a new chance for endless possibilities..and I love  living in the moment of life! You never know what tomorrow may bring.......Life is so beautiful! I am so excited to see what life lessons and blessings 2012 brings :)

So today I was planning on purchasing the Damsel in Cat Tapestry...but I am trying to wait on my Damsel in Natural Floral to arrive to see how I like the fit and the size before I purchase the Damsel in Cat Tapestry!! .......I just hope the shoe is still available after my waiting is over because I REALLY want to get the shoe! ..........So for now my daydreams shall continue........

 Oh and I almost forgot to tell you that yesterday I found myself at Wild Pair..I used to love that store..but now all of their shoes look extremely tacky and cheap with rhinestones and studs all over the place done in the tackiest fashion on mostly all of their shoes (it's sad how far that store has fallen)...so as I'm browsing the store with my friend I couldn't believe I didn't see one pair that I fell in love with...If Solestruck is Shoe Addiction..Wild Pair is Shoe AA lol..so the salesman comes over and asks me what kind of shoes I like..and I say that I like Jeffrey Campbell Shoes..and the man says "oh great we have those right here!"..So I turn around to see the shoe ..all the while thinking "since when did Wild Pair sell Jeffrey Campbell shoes??" and what do I see in front of me.. A KNOCK OFF!..ughh, the AUDASITY, this man really thought he was going to sell me a knock off JC!.. And try to say it is a Jeffrey Campbell at that..I said "sir that is not Jeffrey Campbell"..He says "oh it's 
the same thing, they're selling out quick" I said " I don't care how quick they're selling out I'm not buying them and Jeffrey Campbell should sue you for marketing these shoes under his brand"....hmmph!!

SO on to other shoes, for the moment, I found some truly GREAT sales over at Karmaloop this morning. I almost ran late for work due to me drooling over the endless sales on most of their Jeffrey Campbell styles!! 


I MUST get a pair before they sell out!!!

The main standout for me that I daydreamed about today is Pauline which is pretty much just like the Rockstar

(which I posted a pic of just below Pauline)..the main difference obviously is the heel...and although I do love the heel (or lack thereof on the rockstar) on both of the shoes I find myself to be alot more smitten with Pauline. GIRL CRUSH! lol..I especially love the placement of that geometric opening at the base of the shoe. That seemingly small detail is what takes the Pauline from being a nice shoe to an awesome shoe...not to mention the 6 inch heel...YES 6 INCHES! Don't buy this shoe if you're not an avid heel wearer! Nothing worse that tumbling over in an awesome pair of heels.....believe me..it's happened to me before..at work nonetheless..I was wearing wedges for the first time and before I knew it..somehow..some way.. I lost my balance ..and BAMMMM!!! I WAS DOWN ON THE FLOOR dead center of Aldo Shoes store!!..I was so embarassed!! So be careful if you're not used to wearing certain heels...you don't want to topple over like me!! ...Not to say it's not good to venture out of your heel 'comfort zone' because it's great to push the boundaries..just don't think you're above falling because one wrong step and BAMMMMM you'll be down like I was on that fateful day. LOL
