Friday Night Lights!

Heyy lovers!!!!!!!! New template!! Do you like it?? I changed from my old one because there was no follow button..so I'm trying to make things easier for you :) ...I like the colors on this one better though..It's a lot more reflective of my personality.....so it's SUPERBOWL weekend!!! Go Giants!!! If you didn't already know, I'm from the Bronx, NY so of course I am a Giants fan...I'm actually an 'anything from NY' fan!! hahah. I don't follow sports much..but I root for all of my home teams..so I hope to see them win...BUT most importantly I hope to see some SUPER funny commercials. That's the best part of the superbowl for me!! lol.

 SO let me recap you on what's been going on these past couple of days...Friday morning I permed my hair and all of that beautiful red color in my hair literally went down the drain..now my hair is back to blonde..I'm fine with it though..BUT I do miss being a red head...Then Friday night my girls & I went out to the city, New York City, for some shoe shopping & fun!!..I seen on Jeffrey Campbell's blog that there was a store in NY called Strut of NY so we HAD to go there! We drove around in a million circles before we finally decided to use our Iphones to lead us there lol...And when we arrived...it's as if the shoe angels had blessed this store with all of the most beautiful Jeffrey Campbell shoes!! and other brands too....but I must admit I was too mesmerized by all of their JCs to even glance at any of the other shoes...This store was truly like a Jeffrey Campbell wonderland. If you live in the Tri-State, you definitely have to stop by this store!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Wow, can you see why I was mesmerized......They had the Nightlita, Lindy, Rockin heels, Nightwalks, the Shadow, Lita Spike 2, Benched, Jehens, Rockstar, and soooo many more ...

So I finally had the opportunity to try on the Shadow..and I did not like it..It made my feet look wide and big because of all of those spikes..But ..what I can tell you is that it was very comfortable and it fit me perfectly at a 1/2 size up. ..so if you're looking to purchase them I'd definitely recommend purchasing them a 1/2 size up..and actually this store Strut of NY doesn't have a website at the moment, but they do ship ..so you can call them to place an order for ANY of the shoes you see in the photos..as you can see they have A LOT of exclusives!! I will put there store information at the end of this post...ohh and I also tried on the Lindy!! I love that shoe. It's just as cute in person as it is in pictures..and it fit me true to size. I am definitely going to purchase those, they were so adorable! :) .......*should've taken pics of the shoes on my feet when I tried them on, oopsies*

My good friends Roni & Jenny, not pictured, came out with me...((check out Roni here..you'll LOVE her blog, she has a super cute style with a lot of killer JCs to match)).. of course we didn't leave without making a purchase!! lol..Despite us saying we were going to be responsible window shoppers..who were we kidding?? haha..We are both JC girls and couldn't stand to leave the store without one of those awesome shoes in hand!!

The staff there was soooo friendly and sweet, I just adore them! I could've stayed there for hours just chit chatting with them and staring at their beautiful JC wall!! Its rare that I have such an AMAZING shopping experience! I can't wait to go back there again :)

....soo after we walk out of the store towards our car..we see a cop approaching about to  give me a ticket!! Eeeeeeek, we were JUST in time..so he let us go, close one!! whew. //So after driving off in another round about way slightly lost again, lol, we finally landed in Times Square..I go there often so I didn't take a picture of the beautiful lights..but we did take a lot of other random pics throughout the night at our impromptu photo bomb shoot at the Forever 21 in Times Square. It was my first time to that particular one ..the store had FOUR floors!! I've never seen a Forever 21 that big before..

My sister Jenny!!!! My best friend! I've known her for over 20 years!!..I wish she had a blog I could refer you to....hint hint Jenny!! ;) hahah.
