Enough is NEVER Enough..New Shoes!

Heyy Lovers!! Just when you thought you had enough spikes...Eilatan gives you MORE! :) I love the spike trend!! But at the end of the day that's all it will be is a trend....I don't mind a minor dose of a trend...BUT heavy doses can leave your closets looking quite dated at the end of the season when new trends come along..This is why I don't shop according to trends and rather according to my style..I try to base my shopping off of more timeless pieces that can last beyond the current trend..although nothing lasts forever..If I like something I'll wear it whether it's in style or not..because my style is my style! If I wanted to wear a feathered hat with rhinestones and spikes and pony fur all over it everyday I would if I loved it :) hahaha.... BUT even with that being said I am so smitten with this little lover of a shoe Eilatan released today!!

Original Lita Spike

I present to you the Jeffrey Campbell Lita Spike 2!! Yes part 2!! Ha!! soooo Bye Bye Lita Spike 1..I guess my pair is old news now, lol...I really like this one though!! It's definitely a lot more spikes than the original Lita Spike..the only thing I don't like about this shoe is those flat studs on the inner side of the shoe.....I think I would have almost rather to see that side with nothing at all than with those flat studs..It's not a dealbreaker for the shoe but it definitely takes my like level down a notch..ummm, actually it takes it down about 2 notches lol... BUT I still LOVE this shoe and I can't wait to see how somebody styles it :) Buy them here!

This is the Jeffrey Campbell Jehens ..I'm borderline like/dislike on this shoe...clear heels always make me think of stripper shoes......However, I can picture these being tastefully styled..So if you like them you can buy them here! :) ........who knows though?? Some shoes have to grow on me.......maybe next week I'll be loving these.

Dreamlist Thursdays!! 1/26

Hello Lovers!! Time for another Dreamlist Thursday!! Yay!! :):) This week has been GREAT! =D .. Some reasons of why my week has been so great so far is: My Iphone 4s finally arrived, I purchased the Cleata, my daughter starts back in gymnastics on Saturday, and there have been SO many great sales this week on mulitple sites!! I've been holding back, well a little, because I really want to get the shoes that I want to get..and not get caught up in settling on a cute one that's just on sale, ya know???...Well let's get started with this Dreamlist!!


So lets jump right into it! First shoe of the day up on my dreamlist is the JC Backoff from Solestruck ..I came across this boot a couple of weeks ago and was instantly enamored with that shiny bottom..but at the time I was purchasing my Damsels so I didn't give it much priority..until it was gone..Now I'm wishing I purchased it when I had the chance :( .......But I spoke with Solestruck and they said they are restocking it and it will be better than ever...so I'm assuming some more color options..yay! JC Backoff- Solestruck

Next up on my dreamlist this week is this kitty-sensation Tardy boot! It is the 'You've gotta be kiddin me Bootie' at Modcloth. I love this boot!! It is one of my favorite versions of the Tardy that I've seen..and if I didn't already own the Cat Tapestry Damsel I would totally get this boot! Meowwwwwwwwww. Find these little kitties here.

This little darling's simplicity and timeless class draws me nearer every time I set my eyes on it. This shoe definitely has the capability of being one of my new staple shoes! I just adore how black and white are 2 colors that work sooo well together..... & seeing these colors together makes me think of people like Audrey Hepburn....I bet if she were a modern girl she'd be wearing the Lindy too! lol

I know you're probably tired of hearing about this shoe right now...BUT I am so in love with it....and if all goes as planned these little lovers will be in my possession next week :)

Presenting the lovely Cleata

Heyyyyyyyyyy Lovers!!!!!!! So I know in my last post I said I was going to purchase the beautiful NightEnvi.......BUT after going onto EnviShoes website..and seeing that they only had 1 pair of Cleatas left in my size, & in knowing Solestruck was already sold out of my size, I decided to get the Cleata instead..Yes I purchased the last pair in my size!! Lucky for me :) Sorry to the next person coming along looking for a 9, lol...I had to order them over the phone being EnviShoes gives me an error message every time I try to place an order with google chrome and for some reason IE isn't working on my laptop anymore :(..any techs out there know why google chrome works and not IE?? Please tell me!...The gentleman I spoke with was SO nice! I wish I knew his name! He helped me place my order and politely and patiently answered all of the questions I had about that beautiful denim spike lita & nightenvi.......EnviShoes will be restocking the Denim Spike Lita in April/May :) yay!!

This is my first purchase from the JC SS12 Lookbook and I love them!! They are just as comfortable as the rest of the litas..and if you're wondering about the fit..they definitely fit more like the original lita than the lita spike...The plastic isn't sharp or uncomfortable around the ankle at all....and along the instep it is perforated to let in some air on those HOT summer days :) ...The wood on this shoe is sooooooo pretty! Way prettier than it is on the other litas, in my opinion. AND although the color is listed as nude it definitely has a pink undertone..so if you don't like pink, you won't like the color of this shoe. & If you read my New Week New Shoes post when I told you these reminded me of my horrible childhood shoes..well the moment I slipped these on all of those feelings went fleeting far farrrrrr away!! Yay!!

Daydreaming Central

Hello Monday!! Yay, it's a new week, & it's going to be a great one!! Not just because I said so but you just watch and see lol.....So over the weekend I found 2 new websites that I've fallen in love with!! Black Milk and Jones and Jones Fashion!! Black Milk//I don't even know where to begin with my love for this website..it's like the designer crawled into my head and produced every single item especially for me! I love everything on their site..and I can't wait to blow some money there!! ..only thing that sucks about it, well kind of..is the international shipping fee..it's $12.00..I guess I've been really spoiled by all the free shipping I usually get..but honestly $12.00 isn't even that bad, lol....and the other site I found Jones and Jones Fashion//they just have the most amazing dresses I've ever seen! They are soooo adorbz! They are a little pricey..but sometimes a little spoiling is in order when you find clothes as amazing as that!!*Daydreaming* if I could just snap my fingers and have my closet full of Black Milk and Jones & Jones items I'd be the happiest girl everrrrrrrrrr* ....oh and while speaking of clothes Nasty Gal is putting up new clothes today!!! I LOVE their site, I just wish they'd put up new clothes more often ...like every day!..maybe even every hour!!...or every minute!!..LoL.

Lucky number 7

Hi lovers!!! Oh how I've missed my rants with you :) lol. Well as you all know.. sometime in the not so distant past, I'm drawing a blank on the exact day right now, I purchased the Jeffrey Campbell K2 boot from David Z! It's my 7th pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe I've purchased so many since the end of November...but I did! lol...The JC K2 is usually 129.95 but I purchased it on sale for $59.95!! I was sooooooooooooo THRILLED, especially being that I was moments away from purchasing it at full price on another site...wheewww, glad that didn't happen! I've never shopped at David Z before..actually I never even heard of David Z before..I seen Jeffrey Campbell post about the store on their blog. I am happy they did talk about it because they definitely offer some great exclusives with Jeffrey Campbell!! Another SUPER positive thing is that they actually have multiple physical locations in my area!! Yay, an actual store I can shop at to buy JC shoes in person! :) Yes I know Nordstrom sells them in person too but their style selection is so limited compared to most of the online stores I shop at for JC. .....On to the photos of the shoe!!

I adore these little combat boots!! They are super adorbz, super comfy, & super me!! I almost lost out on the initial sheer joy I usually feel when I put on a new pair of shoes because  I was definitely in the blue, not in a good mood, when these little lovers arrived at my doorstep... But the next day when I got out of my blues..I fell in love with my K2s...they are exactly what I needed!!!! And I am happy to add them to my JC collection!! YAY, 7th pair!!!!!

These little lovers do not disappoint! They are exceedingly comfortable and run true to size. I love the beautiful red color on them and despite them being probably the lowest pair of heels I own from Jeffrey Campbell I love them, love them, love them! And I highly recommend them to all of my fellow JC girls!! Especially because they're only $59.95!! Really how often in life would you come across such an AMAZING deal!! =) ........Find them here!

Procrastinators Win!!

Heyyy lovers. This post will not be about shoes ((*gasp*)) BUT I'd figure I'd share this with you anyway :) 


...Sooo in October of last year I came across this beautiful chiffon back trench on Nasty Gal and totally fell in love with it. However, it's more of a spring coat and since we were heading into the fall/winter weather I figured  it would be best not to spend money on a coat I wouldn't be able to wear right away..However, as the weeks went on my love continued to grow for the coat.. Despite all logic and reason, I had to have it!!..soo I went back to their site to get it and of course it was gone :( ..I was heartbroken...so I looked it up by the brand it was made by, Akira..and found ShopAkira..and lucky for me they had it! They had plenty of them..So I decided that I had time to wait and purchase it, laziness and procrastination..But then I got caught up in the holiday shopping whirlwind that takes over my life in November/December and surely by the time I went back to Akira to buy the coat it had sold out! I was sooooooooo mad at myself for not purchasing it when I had the chance >=(... Am I the only one who will cry that something I love is sold out..search for it..find it..then procrastinate to get it?? LoL. .......So today when I found out that they had restocked it of course I had to get it!! Dreamlist Thursdays!! 1/19

Hello Shoe lovers!!!! Sorry for posting this up so late today..but one of the best quotes ever, especially for a procrastinator like me, is "Better Late Than Never" LoL..But I have good reason for being late with this post today..I was at work! Gotta make $ to keep buying the beautiful shoes, lol. Although, I did get out a little bit early today. I just didn't feel like being at work today at all, just one of those days I guess. I didn't have a bad day but definitely not a good day either...Oh well despite my Blahhhh Day-- I did get the K2s in!! I just ordered them 2 night ago!! So they came in pretty quick!! However, I'm not loving them like I love the rest of my shoes (but I'll talk all about that in another post)...Well without further delay or rambling I present to you my Dreamlist for this Thursday :)

JC Rockin

I liked the Rockin by Jeffrey before...But now that I've seen it on David Z's website I LOVE IT. I can't find a photo of the one that he has (but if you'd like to see it you can just click here). To the right are photos of the Rockin shoe..Isn't it gorg!! I love the style on David Z because it has the black leather (like the one on the right) with the black heel (like the one on the left) and it's sooo awesome! I love it!! Dreamlisted.


You know what I'd really like to see at some point this Spring/Summer is a PINK shoe, yes PINK!! lol. Pink is my absolute FAVORITE color!! As beautiful as a lot of colors are, pink will always hold a special place in my heart..for many reasons...but I'll bore you with those reasons another day. *Interruption Over* Back to thee Dreamlist :)

I haven't purchased a pair of flat shoes in atleast 3 years...but I would gladly purchase a pair of flats if it were to be these little lovelies..well they aren't really flat since they're more like flatforms, right? ..If I had these on I'd be tempted to kick anyone who gave me an attitude, hahaha..is that mean?? lol...But I do like these alot!!.....Do you???? I wouldn't be being very honest with you all if this shoe didn't make my Dreamlist...because I've been daydreaming of this little monster ALL week long! I wasn't too sure of it when I first came across this shoe a couple weeks ago on Eilatan's site..but now I am totally head over heels in luvv! I love the shape, the spikes, the bad-ass edginess it automatically would give to any outfit! This shoe is beyond awesome..and I can't wait to have it on my feet!!

These beautiful lovers are at the TOP of my dreamlist...it is equal to the Shadow on my dream-ometer..I have always had an affection for sweet mary jane shoes..so when I see a beautiful mary jane stiletto my heart melts, when I saw the mary jane nightwalk I died, NOW to see the mary jane nightwalk with spikes I am literally in mary jane heaven!! I love this shoe..No you don't get it I L-O-V-E this shoe..when I get this shoe..I'm not taking it off for atleast a week..not even for sleep...okay I'm exaggerating a little but now you get just how much I love this shoe! lol

Shadow Alert!

Heyy rise n shine shoe lovers!! I just found the Shadow online on sale here at Karmaloop!! I know how much all the JC girls are dying over these shoes.......So better get em quick, they will be sold out SOON! .....I was debating on purchasing them today myself..but I decided to get the Iphone today instead + this week is dues for my daughter's gymnastics..so if the shoes are still available after all of that is paid for..I'd be able to get them on Sunday..but I'm pretty sure they'll be sold out by then :( ...If so then oh well they'll be available on a lot of other sites come February anyway...Oh and I've read that they run small--and extremely snug at a 1/2 size up so it's recommended to go 1 full size up. Let me know if you're lucky enough to purchase these little monsters today :)

On Another Note...........


So usually when I receive a pair of shoes..I order another..the time in between gives me time to find another pair and show love to my savings acct..I rarely ever have 2 pairs of shoes being shipped to me at the same time.........although I was truly considering breaking the rules this morning for the Shadow, but being i'd have to end up taking out of my savings to cover it..i decided against it! I'll never touch my savings for a shoe..that's 1 rule with no exceptions.. Oh and yesterday I purchased the Jeffrey Campbell K2 combat boots from David Z for $59.95!! I was soooo excited!! Especially being that I literally had the Solestruck window open in another tab for the same shoe because I was going to buy it...but had decided to check out David Z's site before doing so and I'm glad I did..because I bought it for less than HALF of what Solestruck was selling it for..Solestruck had them on sale for $129.95 so in all I saved $70.00, I love a good sale almost as much as I love a good shoe!!..And when I can get a good sale on a good shoe it's SO AMAZING! lol.

Puuurrr-fection!

Hello lovers!! Just minutes after posting my last post today..I heard that familiar sound of the UPS truck driving on my block..and the lovely deliverer left these beauties on my doorstep.. my lovelies have finally arrived!! My beautiful Jeffrey Campbell Cat Tapestry Damsels!! I LOVE THEM! They are even better than I imagined!! 
Well enough talking..time for pictures!! :)

Jeffrey Campbell you are the greatest!!!!!!!!! I am in total love and adoration of these shoes. They are so comfortable..I can't wait to wear these little kitties out!! lol.....The pictures speak for themselves..If you love them too ...purchase them here before they SELL OUT!

If someone told me I only had to keep one of my JC shoes and put the rest up for donation ..this is the shoe I'd keep! (well that's how I feel at this moment, lol) I love this shoe!!!..You can dress it up, dress it down, it's so comfortable, & all of the little kittens are soooo adorable..I just feel like the raddest girl on the East Coast every time I put these on my feet!!..love personified...Jeffrey Campbell is making all of my shoe dreams come true with every awesome design he releases!! :) ...Ohh and another aspect that I love about the cat tapestry design on the shoe is that at first glance you may not even notice all of the little kitties..until you do that second glance..and notice "Ohhh kittens, cute!" lol...These damsels definitely live up to the comfort level that Jeffrey Campbell has in all of his shoes!! I swear that's why it's hard for me to shop for most other shoes now because although some will live up to my style standard or my comfort standard it's rare that other brands hit both standards of style and comfort..But JC shoes get an A+ every time :)

FIT: TRICKY..these didn't come in 1/2 sizes on Solestruck..so I had to size up and get a 9 which fit me perfectly with tights/stockings (these wouldn't fit with socks..but I don't usually wear socks so that's fine by me..however, if you prefer to wear socks you may want to size up even further)...& if your true size is a 9 (or whole size)  you may want to get a 10 (go 1 size up)

New Week New Shoes!

Hello lovers!! I was attempting to wait until my JC Cat Tapestry Damsels arrived to do my next post. They are supposed to arrive today!! I am soooo excited!!!!!!! BUT this week is exciting for many other reasons as well. Yesterday the Cleata (from the JC's newest lookbook) went up for sale on Solestruck and EnviShoes ...the Lindy (from JC's newest lookbook) went up for sale on Solestruck..and the Unif Hellbound (as well as some new dresses, yay!) went up for sale on NastyGal....I was in shoppers heaven yesterday!! :):) 
 ...I included the Hellbound for those of you who are interested in that shoe..I am starting to realize that I actually don't hate the Hellbound..I just don't like it either lol.


And somehow over the weekend the Cleata and I have fallen out of love..although I still do like them I can't help but think of my horrible sense of style when I was 13/14 when I wore this clear shoe by a brand named Melissa. I loved the shoe then.. but throughout the years of syle maturity..I've grown to hate truly dislike them..Why did I ever wear clear sneakers?? lol..If you don't know what I'm talking about ..I am talking about these.....

Of course the Cleata is way more beautiful than my childhood shoes could ever be..I just can't help thinking of them everytime I see the Cleata ....Maybe if I just wear the Cleata then I could be set free from the reminder of those horrible shoes from my childhood!! ..&& IF anyone is still wearing these Melissas, if they make you happy, more power to you :):) no offense intended*


Now back to the shoes that make me smile :)


If you like the Nightwalk..but you're more of a peep-toe kind of gal...Then Solestruck has the P E R F E C T shoe for you!! It is called the Twilight...It is definitely a cute shoe!!

See I told you the shoe is great!! I am not biggest fan of peep toes..but I really do like these alot!! If you have these..or are buying these..please let me know how you like them? How do they fit? Feel? Whatever you'd like to share about them :) ..I won't be purchasing these because although I like the Nightwalk heel I like to have a lot of variety in my shoe collection..so I usually don't like purchase various styles of the same kind of shoe........*Litas are the exception......There is always an exception to the rule ;)...Find the Twilight here.


............AND for those of you who keep up with my blog daily UNFORTUNATELY on Sunday the last pair of the Denim Lita Spike that I'd been longing for SOLD OUT :( ...I was heartbroken....Until I came across this ...

I am not sure what site I came across this awesome photo on, oops, But I loveeeeee this collaboration between Wildfox and Jeffrey Campbell. I remember reading it saying that these shoes would be available February 2012!! Looks like February is going to be a great month for shoes!!!!!!!!! because the Shadow by Jeffrey Campbell is going to be available of NastyGal, Solestruck, Eilatan, and EnviShoes in February as well..yay!!!!!!...I love the white peep toe shoes!..the denim with the bows, totally adorbz!..and the first pair the ballet flatforms, wow! I don't even know where to find them in February..but I will find out for you!! If you know please share!! And if I find out I'll definitely update this post :)

Heartbreak and Frustrations!!

Soooooo last night I tried purchasing the denim spike litas that were on my dreamlist.........

But when I tried checking out it said "Error/invalid order--order not found" Wth??? So this morning I called them to make sure my card wasn't charged and it wasn't ..glad I got that clarified.. and the lady politely told me to try again.........then I figured wellllll maybe it's not meant to be ..so all day I've been debating if I really want to purchase them....But being it's the last pair in my size..I FINALLY decided to get them......So just a couple minutes ago I head over to the site and go through the checkout process again......and long behold instead of a confirmation I get the same Error message..maybe they're sold out and their site hasn't updated..could that be what it means by order not found?? I'm so confused...& now their customer care office is closed tomorrow and possibly Monday for the holiday so I can't even call to see what's going on!! I want these shoes but in a way it's not even worth the headache..Maybe I'll just leave em' on my dreamlist afterall.............If not I'll have to wait til Monday or Tuesday anyway..don't want to double charge my card.....

Anyways def past my bedtime!! .....*pouting*  I want these shoes!!!! =( ..Ughh.

If these sell out before they can resolve the issue, I will be heartbroken!..Or maybe everyone else is experiencing the same issue as me when checking out..Oh well..more time for me to think over this purchase...maybe I should just go get my Rockstar first! :)

**UPDATE** turns out it's my browser (google chrome) that was preventing the order AND they did sell out before the issue was resolved definitely disappointed :(

Seeing Red..In a good way :)

Heyy lovers!! I wanted to share with you a shoe I purchased this week. I love this shoe for its simplicity. I've never owned a red pump before so I've been searching for a simple red staple shoe to add to my collection for years..but I never came across what I was looking for until the other day while shopping at Bakers I FINALLY FOUND IT. No bells and whistles, no spikes, studs, diamonds, rhinestones, bows, laces, or any other embellishments just a beautiful simple red suede shoe! I couldn't be more thrilled. And only for $85.00 ..But I purchased them at $42.50 due to a sale, gotta love a good sale!... I couldn't be Happier !! :):)


..see although my shoe collection now consists of mainly Jeffrey Campbell shoes ..I would like to let it be known that I am not against other shoe brands!! I have no problem purchasing a $20.00 pair of shoes as long as it's of good quality and I love it!!..*A must for me as a purchaser is that I must love it..whether I'm purchasing a dress, a pair of jeans, or a pair of shoes..If I don't love it I won't buy it, it's that simple!..Why spend your hard earned money on anything less than love?? Right??*

These shoes are not the most comfortable pair of heels I own but I love them nonetheless...(I know that can read kind of harsh so please don't think these are painful..they just aren't as comfortable as say a pair of Litas..but after wearing em' out for a night and breaking them in this pair will probably reach a comfort level 4).. I am just so thrilled to finally have a simple red staple shoe..Every girl should definitely own a pair of red pumps! I love the heel on these but although they are 5 1/2 inches I feel short when wearing them..It's probably because I'm used to the extreme height that JC shoes give me..But overall I'm extremely happy with the shoe! And I gladly placed this box among my collection.

*Thinking* hmmm..maybe I should set a day once a week to spotlight posts on great shoes under $100 or Sale shoes...afterall I'm a single mom and as much as I love shoes..I definitely shop on a budget..believe it or not lol..& my rule of thumb is for every pair of shoes I buy over 100..whatever the cost is..I put 1/2 that amount into my savings!..I don't take money out of my savings to purchase my shoes..but what I spend on my shoes could have went towards my savings..so I make sure to show my savings just as much love as I show my shoes! NEVER SHOP FOR SHOES ON CREDIT..AND NEVER PURCHASE SHOES BEFORE YOU PAY YOUR BILLS...if you follow these rules of thumb..your shoe addiction will never become a hindrance to you financially, rather your shoe addiction will be a well deserved way to spoil yourself. Us ladies deserve to spoil ourselves sometimes :)

Hellbound??

Happy Friday the 13th!!!!!!! Today I will finally be talking about the Hellbound shoe by Unif. 

I've actually been wanting to post on this shoe for a while but couldn't find any decent photos and I didn't want to ramble on about something that you may have never seen before...sooo here it is!!!!!!!! The Hellbound shoe:

I really want to know what you think of the shoe!!

It sort of reminds me of the Lita but for me this shoe is TOO much..TOO much platform..TOO much Shoe Lace..TOO much thickness in the heel..just TOO much going on with the shoe altogether...I definitely don't like this shoe BUT on the bright side..with all that platform and the thickness of the heel the shoe does look like it would be quite comfortable..and looks like it would allow for pretty easy adjustment between the zipper and the shoe laces.....So if this shoe fits into your style..keep an eye out on NastyGal they will have it on Monday 1/14 & Solestruck has this shoe available NOW click here :)
